Main Venue Announced

The main event location for ISTTT26 has now been confirmed.

The main venue of ISTTT26 will be the Alte Kongresshalle München, located at Theresienhöhe 15, 80339 Munich, Germany. The venue is situated close to the city center and offers a distinctive historical setting for the symposium. Information on the Summer School and additional event locations will be announced separately as soon as these arrangements are finalized.

Preliminary Program Updated

The latest draft of the ISTTT26 preliminary timetable is now online.

The Program page has been updated to reflect the latest preliminary conference structure, including the daily session blocks, lunch breaks, social events, technical tour, and Summer School activities. This overview is intended to give participants an initial sense of the weekly schedule. A more detailed technical program, including session titles and room assignments, will be published closer to the symposium.

Recommended hotels for ISTTT26 participants are now available on the website.

Recommended accommodation options for ISTTT26 participants are now available on the website under the Accommodation tab. The page includes information on suggested hotels, including Boutique Hotel Atrium and Motel One Deutsches Museum, together with booking details and reservation information. Participants are encouraged to book early, as Munich is a popular summer destination and hotel availability may become limited.

Full Paper Submission Guidelines

Key information for preparing and submitting full papers.

The ISTTT does not have a specific page limit for full paper submissions. Selected papers will be published in special issues of Transportation Research Part A, B, C, and E. Authors are advised to prepare their manuscripts in accordance with the typical length and formatting standards of these journals. Full papers must be submitted by updating the original submission in the EasyChair portal; authors should not create a new submission. At this stage, no response letter addressing reviewer comments is required.

The full paper submission deadline is extended.

Due to multiple requests, the deadline for full paper submissions has been extended to 8th August 2025 (23:59 CET - Central European Time). We encourage all authors to take advantage of this extended timeline.
